Take Charge Juvenile Diversion Program Inc. and The Office of The County Executive have partnered to initiate a Life Changing Youth Program that will focus on auto theft reduction, drug use and distribution reduction amongst teens and family bonding.

Prince Georges's County leads the state in stolen vehicles and the elimination of this problem is a priority of County Executive, Jack Johnson.  With the success of Take Charge Program in combating juvenile delinquent behavior, we are pooling our resources with the county government and police department to stop auto theft.

On behalf of the citizens of Prince George's County, we are seeking financial contributions from you to help Jack Johnson's vision to reduce auto theft in our county and to make our communities safer. Your contribution will allow our program to continue to serve our citizens and to eliminate this behavior as we build character and strengthen families.

Our classes began on February 19 and are held each Thursday at 6:30 pm at the Take Charge Headquarters.   You are welcomed to visit at any time.

We have worked tirelessly over the years to modify youth behavior, enhance youth school performance and to strengthen the family unit; and we have been successful.  90% of the youth who complete our programs, do not return to the court system or commit another crime.

Our resolve and our commitment to our community has been consistent as the Take Charge program is a recognized fixture within Prince George's County.  If we are to continue providing outstanding service to our community, we need your support and monetary contribution.
